Lets invent a holiday

So, I was watching Sienfeld tonight, and it was the ever-so-funny festivus episode, and it got me to thinking: we should invent a holiday to celebrate annually. I was thinking that is should be something fun, with maybe a meaning behind it. With us all away at college, it should be a time when we are all togather, so maybe during spring break, or summer. Perhaps it could be in honor of the Hanrangun. I havent thought of any good rituals that the holiday should include, but I wouldnt mind it not being too expensive (christmas kills the pocketbook).

So, lets get thinking!

how bout State Pride Day. We can celebrate wisconsin by consuming cheese, bratworst, and beer while listening to polka music.

How about, let's invite a fm attenta that works through the computer. People can record songs on tape through the radio, so why can't they record songs onto their computer from the radio? I think this is genious, because u can "download" songs for free. I don't know, let me know what you fellas think of this master plan.

lol lahl. dan, you know they already have something very much like that? its called internet radio.

i say we invent a holiday called easter. heres what im thinking... lets celebrate the birth and death of our savior jesus christ by telling everyone that an giant bunny rabbit comes and hides eggs and candy in baskets. i think its brilliant!

i got a question too. when anyone else was younger did they ever have a man dressed up as the easter bunny go door to door around your neighborhood handing out candy??

You get that idea from Carlos Mencia, because in his stand up special on comedy central, he said almost the exact same thing. "Oh my God, Jesus rose from the grave, lets hide the egss!!!" or something like that.

actually, bill hicks, who did it better than i and carlos mencia. and he did it prolly more than 10 years before.
i dont have cable, so i dont watch that carlos mencia shit.
