I think I am going to start this on sunday. Basically, I will only get a few hours a sleep a day, and will do so by every four hours taking a 30 minute nap. It is sapposed to result in the same amoun of REM sleep (the important part of sleep) while giving me all sorts of new free time.

It will be tough going at first (days 3-10 are the hardest I hear), but after that it should be smooth sailing. I am a little nervious because there havent been any long term studies on it, and we know very little about sleep in general. But if it is good enough for Galleleo, Ben Franklin, and Aerosttotle, then I think it is good enough for me.

LOL ok Krammer!! but yea, have fun getting to sleep right away and sleeping for the whole 30 min if you want to do it good. But yea, just do the 4-5 hours and you will be fine, sleeping over 8 hours makes you actually more tired.
