Hallo !
MFG,
Stefan

Hello !
I use this great soundcard for two years without big problems now. But
during the last
2 weeks I got many problems. My computer always breaks off if I try to use
my soundcard.
(e.g. if the computer notifies it as a Plug&Play or if I want to start the
Control Panel...)
This is also the cause, why I can't change the resources.
I tried it on 5 different computers. But the problem is still there...
I'd be glad, if someone can help me !!
Kindest regards,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,
Sounds like a hardware problem to me, as you tried the card in 5 different computers...
Maybe you can remove the extra memory module from the card (the SIMM) and see what happens then. If the computer starts ok, then you know it's the SIMM. Otherwise: email again and I'll ask TT for you (but I think they're having a holiday, so it indeed can take some time). By the way: did you already check the PnP settings in you CMOS setup? You can assign specific IRQ's to 'legacy ISA' (of course the ones you want to use for the EWS).
Furthermore you should give some more information about your system. Also check for viruses (never a bad idea :-))
Good luck,
Arnoud.
