    Greetings.

I don't know if this is a computer problem or an Altec specific related problem but here goes. I have attempted unsuccessfully to print some of the catalog data sheets in the Altec Library only to end up with about a third of the catalog page printed very large.

I have tried every possible trick with the printer page layout and nothing seems to work. These appear to be standard .jpg files. Has anyone else had the same problem and if so, how was it corrected?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Use IrfanView freeware. It is easily found if you do a web search for IrfanView.

    Thanks for the advice.

To Don: It was a page found in the Altec Library under Reference. Specifically it was at the following address: http://www.lansingheritage.org/image...ers/page08.jpg

Give it a whirl and see how it goes for you.

To Marshall: I will try the IrfanView software you suggested. I had tried another freeware - MiHov Image Resizer - but to little avail. Maybe the IrfanView will work out better.

    Thank you all.

Same problem on my printer. I don't know what the problem is. Then a friend said to me that you should contact inkjet wholesale. They have an expert team for printers. They have solved my problem. That's why I will suggest inkjet wholesale to you. you can contact them.
