Any song from any album by Weather Report, the "Romantic Warrior" album by Return to Forever,or "Visions of the Emerald Beyond" by Mahavishu Orchestra. I just learned that members of Weather Report and Mahavishu Orchestra used to play with Miles Davis although I love them but Miles Davis, not so much. Inside I used to have to EQ the hell out of the bass and high treble, but dragging them outside on the deck overlooking the lake, and floating on inner tubes 200 feet away, sipping rum drinks, the A7s with no EQ just sounded great at 150 watts rms.
I saw Weather Report live in KC in '79. Great show.

Just finished the 511B enclosure/sleds and sat down to watch the Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival 2004 DVDs The Joe Walsh performances are worth the price of entry.

Yeah, I say Weather Report three times in the early '70's. We used to skip school, switch cars with my dad without him knowing, and drive 12 hours, 550 miles to Minneapolis, watch the concert, and drive back home without my dad finding out until one time I pulled out in front of a car and wiping out my dad's car. I called him and said I was in an accident, he asked if he should send a wrecker, and I had to explain that I was in Minni. There was dead silence on the other end. We had to take the train home. But, while we were waiting for the cops to show up, my buddy interrupted a gas station armed robbery, and when the cops finally showed up and found out, busted the two guys and we where heroes. My mom smoothed it all out and I was only grounded for a month.
