Those are the poster children for how to do it "right" the wrong way.
Amazing that the fella would take the time and care to use proper GPA phragms, and Crites acoustically transparent grill cloth to this end.
They could be further modified to target specific segments of the buying population.
Perhaps a big ole chrome "fart can" muffler and ridiculously huge spoiler on each one to appeal to the urban youth.
Personally, i'd prefer more of a rock n roll redneck look, maybe some long white shag carpet in place of the gray industrial stuff, and all hardware in triple chrome triple polished.
Until now i had no idea a pair of speakers could perpetuate a bowel movement without any electrical input or acoustic output.:snickerpup:

Oh, come on now. I've built worse - several times! Faux fur covered speakers, for example.
They looked funny but sounded good.
Then there were the lizard skin baffles....
I probably built worse years ago too, but never marketed them as vintage , or tried to charge $1500 for a set of speakers that are all over the place for half that in better shape.Originally Posted by Panomaniac
