604-8H's

Depending on the shape and whether they have the stock XO's or an updated one or perhaps none at all, can I get an idea what I should be paying for a pair?

I hate to ask but I can't keep track of all the different 604's and I believe these are the last of the Alnicos so if you guys can help here that would be great. I promise pictures if it comes through.

Green 604-8H? Those have to be older than H.

The new GPA-built 604-8H-II's, with crossover, retail for $937.50 each. The GPA Direct selling price is $750.00 each. This is the one with the Mantaray horn.

The new GPA 604-8H-III's, with crossover, retail for $1,187.50 each. The GPA Direct selling price is $950.00 each. This is the one with the new Radial horn (similar to the UREI, but significantly improved) with usable HF response to 20 kHz.

The latest green 604 was the D I think, the E's were white and then with the G-H's were gray but there may have been exceptions.

Honestly. in my experience clean 604's it doesn't seem to matter the letter.

1200-1300 ish has been typical.

1500 on the very high side IMHO. There is no shortage of people willing to charge more, but just keep looking.

Anything 1000 or below is low.

What do new GPA Alnico's go for? Before I'd get ripped off on a set of originals I'd go there.
