Altec bought that horn from Heppner in Chicago. Heppner was a very good low end product. Those will sound great, won't play super loud. Horns cannot be fixed if yo blow them, but you can buy those horns from other OEMs for 30 a pair and up.
Heppner died when Cerwin Vega absorbed them.
Most of the value is the woofs. But a nice set to listen to acoustic stuff on.

The Magnavox are often around for 30 and up...just tuned down a set for 20 complete with woofs

I have a pair of the Magnovox horns - think they are really Foster - if you need them. Ask Dave D, he knows this stuff.
