WTB/T: 8 ohm diaphragms for 802-xxg - 34647s or 23744
Hey folks - first post here on the market I believe. I have a 2-3 month old pair of GPA 802-16gs, bought new from Bill this summer, and am looking to move to 8 ohm 'frams.
I'd prefer 23744s on the outside chance anybody has a pair they're willing to part with, but new production or original 34647s would be fine too.
I'm willing to buy them outright or work a trade for the 16 ohm 'frams in my weeks-old GPA 802-16s.
I'm running a resto-modded pair of 9844s, oriented vertically with a new baffle and exterior 811b horn up top, and want to take better advantage of the various dividing network efforts, experiments and measurements already out there, which are almost universally focused on 8ohm 802s.
816’s wanted Looking for 2 816VI enclosures. Willing to consider other versions of that cab. Would prefer unloaded but... Located in north east Pa. Contact me at [email protected] and let me know what you have.
Thanks!
Purchased 3/18/18 2 816C ‘s with Altec woofers and crossovers $250. Thanks for all the offers

hello all,i am still looking for additional altec dts 645a-f or altec dts 945a-f point source speaker systems, loaded or just the mty trapazodial-shaped cabinets preferably located in the southeastern region of the united states, but any location nation-wide would be of interest.i also have a need of at least one loaded or mty altec a700 or altec a800 speaker cabinet(s).this is also a trapazodial shaped cabinet that was a latecomer in the altec family that has occasionally been mistakenly identified with earlier altec speaker systems such as the altec a7,altec a8,etc.i am located in birmingham, alabama and this area has virtually been stripped of any loose altec, save for a few institutional systems which are usually component systems made up of bass-horn cabinets and multicell/mantaray horn arrays.also altec's former competitors are chipping away at those left with their advanced(really?) line array systems.please excuse any spelling or grammer errors missed.thanks for reading.let me know if you have any candidates for consideration.
Moving and it's time to move some equipment off to someone that might use it more than me.
Altec 604B's. One has original cone the other has a replacement cone. No crossovers. I built a custom set of speakers (stonehenge III) with custom crossovers in light oak wood. Will sell speakers without cabinets
I also have 2 802-8G's with 23744 diaphragm. What I have is the top to 2 model 19 speakers (bought without the bottoms) and Altec 811 horns if your interested. Will sell 802-8G's alone
I also have a 604C with original cone and original crossover if you're interested.
I have a set of model 19's that I listen to and some additional Altec's and need to move the extra stuff out to a good home.
FS Altec A7 cabinets; shop made of 3/4" baltic birch plywood. No drivers. 500hz horn $150 extra/pair
located in Northern NJ
$500 pr. the boxes on top are not included.
