The plot thickens! Do you think that the EV drivers are original, or that there was an Altec driver in there that was replaced? Not sure how you'd tell, but there may be signs.

I dont think they are original...you can see a ring around the baffle where the original speaker was.....I'm just glad that the baffle wasn't butchered....

Just Kidding.The lesson here is "You Win Some You Lose Some" nobody wins everytime out especially with used gear on eBay or Craigslist. I think you'll be OK though.
