ok talked to jeff tonite, he tried to send me his paypal info so i could reimburse him the balance of the shipping. but ebay flagged it. so i called him at the number from his website. i suggested that he put one of his teeshirts up for sale as a buy it now @ 60. i told him if some bonehead bought it before i did, it would be a bonus.and i told him that bowtie suggested removing the mini mantas from the boxes and he agreed. also noting it would save some of the shipping. i feel a lot better about the whole deal right now. i just couldn't see him get stuck with the whole shipping bill. especialy considering what i paid for the lot. i figure what comes around goes round. and i got a tee shirt for my neice.
Bowtie hammers away at this point, but it is so valid: Drivers must be separated from horns before shipping.

at this point the horns are at least separated from the boxes. i just didn't have the chutzpah to start getting really picky. i'm going to just have to continue to hope for the best. when the dust settles i just want to get my cabs started.

got the 806s the 902 mantas the mod 14 and 846 xovers. boy those mantas sound great. the 806s would both sound great but the one has the wires fried off. they both have the originals phrams. so it might be time the got new ones and the alnicos zapped. the 416s should be here tues or wed. when they get here it's gonna be cabinet time. (will work for mdf) and to think it all started with someone giving me a pair of 8'' altecs. audio crack
