I don't really know if it's the same guy, but the fact that the number is an Ohio number, and then I get multiple hits for a guy, by that name, in Ohio scamming people on Craigslist, makes me wonder.

Odd it's same name on the info I found. 614 is wrong for Lakemore. At this point I consider it a scam till further proven not.

Sitting on CL for 28 days with those horns a showing, surely must be a scam.
swat team went to his house -
check the left side of his face -Barrett was originally arrested Saturday after he barricaded himself inside his home and would not comply with repeated requests to surrender, police said.
Officers were there to serve an arrest warrant for a previous aggravated menacing case.
Metro SWAT officers were sent to the home and Barrett was arrested, ending the three-hour standoff.
