I'm in the process of replacing Mantarays and 811s with SEOS 12s and 15s respectively.

Hmm, at a glance, the 18 would seem to be the nearest 'drop-in' to these, but with no real data to be sure.......... Still, it's hard to have too big a horn if comprehensive digital EQ is available, so the 24 + DIY adapter would be my choice based on my early dbx, 511, Mantaray, custom WG/800, 900 series experience.

The dbx DriveRack is a great choice. In my opinion and experience, it's much better than the passive Altec crossover.
