I would be willing to argue that. Be careful reading propaganda.
Your neighbors called. They like your music.

Re: Off topic : EV MTS new

Danley's innovations are real, and usually demonstrated to the world before they ever go into production.

Assuming "MTS" is an ongoing reference to their manifold technology, this is going well on 3 decades since the original "quad 4" MTL/MTH system was introduced. It was most impressive at the time.

"Comparable to Danley's system" seems a rather lofty claim.

I'm curious if EV's marketing has actually made reference to Danley, or if those are the OP's words.

The MTS series includes sixteen unique models. These are based on two standard three-way configurations (MTS-4153) with 60-degree x 40-degree or 40-degree x 30-degree coverage and two cardioid configurations (MTS-6154) that provide the same coverage patterns with enhanced low-frequency directional control. The 60 x 40 models can deliver high SPLs at 151 dB peak (music) and 154 dB peak (speech) down to 55 Hz at -10 dB. The 40 x 30 models are capable of 152 dB peak (music) and 155 dB peak (speech) down to 50 Hz at -10 dB.
The MTS series leverages EV’s engineering resources as part of the Bosch Group.
Nothing new here. EV's technological breakthroughs have largely been begged, borrowed, or stolen for the last several decades.

MTS is engineered for use with amplification and processing from Dynacord as part of a SONICUE-driven hardware/software ecosystem for cost-effective and energy-efficient system design with unique performance optimization and system protection features.
Looks like much of the magic resides in the processing.

Four slot-loaded, high-efficiency low-frequency drivers are symmetrically coupled to the same full-range waveguide as the compression drivers to create a true point-source with substantial bass response
It even looks very similar to the original Danley synergy horn that he toured the audio shows with about 15 years ago.

They are probably substantial, and probably have a substantial entry fee(not unlike Danley)
