Hello!
I'm sorry, but this board, as the header plainly states, is NOT for discussing products manufactured by Altec Lansing Technologies - i.e., computer speakers, multimedia products, or consumer loudspeaker products manufactured under the Altec Lansing name after 1985.
Your products are not true Altec Lansing devices - they were made by Sparkomatic, now known as Altec Lansing Technologies (they bought the brand name after leasing it for several years). Their website location is: www.alteclansing.com
You can TRY to get technical support from THEM, but don't expect much - they're notorious for not being very helpful.
Our site and message board is designed for those who have questions/want to discuss products made by THE Altec Lansing Corporation through 1995, particularly professional loudspeakers, electronics, etc.
Thanks for asking!
