You could try looking up your local electronics store. HH Smith or Pomona both carry a variety of connectors. It looks like it would be a simple mod on the 515B as a standard 3-way binding post should fit the stock holes in the frame. The ultimate connection would be a good old fashion solder joint.

I'm considering the replacement of the spring terminals on a pair of 288/16G's and 515B's with some kind of binding post. I'd like to get a better connection with my speaker wires. Has anyone else done this? Is it worthwhile? What kinds of posts are good and will fit without hacking up the drivers?

Thanks in advance for the help.

I changed the connectors on a pair of 416-8Bs with the three way posts. I did have to drill the holes in the frame a little larger. These do work much better than the push connectors, especially as the tend to conduct less *** they get older. On my 802s I've soldered straight to the terminals inside.
