I want to use oneof these with veritas horn's for a pro car audio setup.
I can get any of the above for under $400.00 a pair

Use the aluminum diaphragm in the car.
Most any of those drivers will work for sound quality.
That's what I did back in 1979 anyway.
You won't be sitting too far from them and the extended highs sound nice, no need for extra tweeters etc.
If you are looking for pure SPL then go with the symbiotek ones. And wear earplugs!

The 808's will probably be least costly, with the 802's at the opposite end, possibly leaving the 400.00 mark behind. I saw a pair of 802-16G's go for about 550.00 not too long ago. I believe any and all you listed would be FAR more than adequate for your vehichle. They will sound great,that is up until you lose your hearing altogether.
