a good buddy and audio mr fix-it has JBL tweeters [no number to cross] they came from the highway dept when they were closing out parts from when the traffic sensors were sonic rather than the buried loop common now.

Could be 075 ring radiators or bullet tweeters as they were called..

Saw some used in a parking garage in that application.
