    Bought several items today and among them were 730C drivers. Voice coils are open according to Ohm meter. Does anyone make replace diaphragms for these anymore? Are they even worth the effort?

    Bill at Great Plains Audio is gearing up to make these.

    These are very good drivers for hig-power midband use: excellent voice reproduction and projection.

    They were succeeded by the Altec 731.

    Hello Charles,
    If you need diaphragms for the 730 driver, before Bill makes his, I have some originals available.
