    Would the specs for the 416A woofer be the same as those given on the website for the
    416-8B?

    Don't know about the 416A, but while the -8A and -8C are very close, the -8B is completely different, so there's no telling what the 416A's is. If you can't get the specs, I'm guessing the -8B's specs is a worst case scenario WRT Vb/Fb, so you could design around them. If it winds up being too rolled off, then you can use scrap to decrease Vb and use a shorter vent to tune it higher to maintain efficiency, or use series resistance to increase the apparent Qts to flatten it out, which will make it perform ~like an -8B in the cab's controlling BW.
