REW
Simple, no clue since I haven't tried it, but a VERY popular DIY, (wannabe) pro, freeware to do entire HT room/whatever systems, measure drivers, speakers with a dedicated forum for help and presume this feature is for time/phase alignment: Impulse Response delay calculation and adjustment

i played with rew for weeks..all the videos and hrs of fiidlin'n with eqs i found rew to be lacking in the ability...
more than likely my own ignorance,to work in the phase domain.. rephase is another program to look at ...
lots of videos on screwtube about sub and top alignment with smaart, elipse audio has a fir designer m that actually works with smaart to develop a fir file for your if capable dsp, but all this a hard left from analog, when I heard 6 inches was 180 degres outta phase at 1k hz trinnov audio makes an interesting dsp..on screwtube as well.
