JBL driver for serie 550 horns.

Vitavox fans:
I recently spend money on getting mold for plastic adapter to mount 1" jbl driver on the small Vitavox 550 series horns. The adapter are made of ABS filled with glass fiber. They are direclty mounted to the horn and replace the small adapter with round to square section.
These are more or less the same as the Vitavox adpater but with 1" hole diameter instead of the 3/8 diameter.
If you are interested and are looking for similar adpater. I can give you a price for more of these.

The process is quiet simple.
1 I draw a 3D model of the adapter.
2 I got a stereolithographie made from the 3D files.
3. I got a rubber mold made from the stereolithographie.
4. I got 2 vaccum cast part made of ABS reinforce plastic.

The mold can make around 20 pieces and then you need a new mold.

The first part and the mold cost me around 350euro but each part costed me 75euro.
I do not intend to make money but I am happy to ask the molded to make more part for any interested party that would like to drive other driver on the very good Vitavox horn.
