I was aiming at some more civilised custom rahter than the 'bang head' varitey. But thanks anyway.

I've actually had reasonably good luck there when it comes to hi-fi stuff. Vitavox stuff tends to do well there though.

BTW, how did you attach your 288C drivers to your horn? Custom adaptor? Pic would be nice.

I have had megga problems with emails and spam etc. I am sure you understand.

I have adaptors for the Altecs and JBL's so as they can be compared on the vitavox horns. My best treat is some even larger JBL horns, but they havent been subjected to hours of stripping, sanding, painting and lacqering like the Vitavoxs have. What's more, they are big and black and no where near so 'sexy'!

It is interesting. People load the Altec driver into the Vitovox horns? Why would they do it? The Vitovox has inferior horns and Altec has inferior drivers? would it make more since to use better Vitovox drivers and load them into any better horns?
