Estimate KWH consumption per sqft in apartment units
Hello,
I am trying to find a rule of thumb (KWH/sqft) to estimate domestic electrical (KWH) consumption in a standard, residential, apartment unit, in a multi-unit residential building. The space heating and domestic hot water are not considered in this calculation because they are provided by the building. The standard apartment units would have regular kitchen range and refrigerator in addition to receptacle loads.
I'd appreciate your help in estimating KWH consumption of such apartment units based on a rule of thumb KWH/sqft factor.
Thank you.

Lighting plays a critical role in creating a space that we enjoy and feel good about. It has a significant effect on our bodies and can affect our mood. But it is also very important to calculate the electricity consumption in the house and learn how to use it economically, this can be done using an application that will help you in managing the systems of your home, for more details, you can learn about learn about IoT . Thus, using the IoT application, you can control systems at home remotely. Intelligent control uses pre-defined schedules and user actions to ensure the right atmosphere. This gives us more control over indoor comfort.
