    Thanks for the information about where to go to get an inspection. I have a Q: if I were to repair or improve upon an electrical installation that was completed 10 years ago, would I need to get a permit and have an inspection ?

    OOPS! I just found the answer to my Q in another posting which referred to (CEC 2-004 Permit).
