No, a panelboard can't be in a washroom, see rule 26-402(1).
26-402(1) Panelboards shall not be located in coal bins, clothes closets, bathrooms, stairways, high ambient rooms, dangerous or hazardous locations, nor in any similar undesirable places.

Although I did see the rule, was hoping a washroom was different then a bathroom.
In this case the plan was to convert the area in the basement where the panel is located into a washroom. BTW, the laundry facilities are currently located in this area.

Your can have a panel located in a washroom that has no bathtub or shower. You can not have a panel installed in a bathroom. Look up "bathroom" in section 0.

Good to hear I'll be ok with this panel set up.
BTW, The layout is as follows: Running along the same wall, staring in the corner, Panel, dryer, washer, basin.
Would there be any restrictions as far as building an enclosure (drywall) with a door so that the panel blends into the finshed walls.
