A year ago I installed a new service in a house. The owner had s******* together some of his own wiring, so I installed GFI blanks on the questionable stuff and told my employer that I thought the owner should invest in some smoke detectors.

I went back, this week, to connect a new air conditioner, and a smoke detector was hanging in front of the new panel. I guess he didn't like my work, either.
