RACK MDT - we need to act swiftly - it has already been over three hours and nothing - you know that there are only 3 or 4 groups in the world that could pull something like this off, and I'm pretty sure that the CIA has somewhat of a clue where at least some of the members are. If I don't see something on the news in the next three hours about how we just wiped a fucking country off of the map, I will be ashamed.
