Shrinking a picture can be really difficult. It loses alot of detail and sometimes the lines look messy when you do. There are little tricks to resizing. I dont know what program you use, but I find Photoshop is the best for sizing and, if you bump up the resolution when you shrink, It usually comes out nicer. Plus, never shrink a picture more than once. It messes it up. Also, size, then add your text. If you add the text and then size . Size it in layers, dont merge them first.
