Try reminding them of who they're really hurting by keeping the girls from you...if they really care about the kids at all you spending time with them would never be an issue.

Thats whats so sad about custody. Most of the time one of the parents wants to hurt the other and the kids are caught in the middle. I hope everything works out for you! Hang in there!
