Potty traing advice please

ok so Nat is finally potty training and she'll go on the big girl potty no problem when i just guess and put her on there

here's my problem...
when i ask if she has to go potty she says no...i think its her favorite word right now...she tells me pee BUT after she's already peed...

any advice on how i can help her learn to tell me before??

I have the same problem sometimes with my 3 year old, except about 4 times a day she will say potty and go like a big girl. I have the most problem with her using it to go number 2 or at nite when she is in bed.

Natty is 21 months old....and has NOW gotten the peeing down...yayyy!!! she hasn't worn a diaper for a couple days now....however...we did have issues with pooing in her training pants...she tells me ...NAS..(nasty) AFTER she's gone....oyee!!!

My Daughter does the pee thing great, except for at night. But the Stink remains an issue. She will tell us although after the fact.

i take nat into the bathroom when we get rid of the poo....and say look baby this is where nasties go...*shruggs* i can't remember havin this issue with my older two

Now that's a good idea, Maybee I'll give it a *Whril*.To see if it helps her, I am now just getting started on training My Son. I am going to try the Cherrio Idea.

another idea is to put food coloring in the water BEFORE they pee...like blue or red...so when they pee it changes to green or orange*L* they think its magic*nods*
