i didnt realy want to post my recipe on this board .. peopl emight steel it .. but here it is

10 steps to Ray Ray's beans on toast

1)gently place 2 - 3 pieces of thick sliced bread into a toaster .. do switch on at this moment
2)get you rcan of beans an open the lid
3)place a splash of milk an add beans into a pan thing
4)heat gently on gas mark 4
5)after roughly 2 mins put your toast down to cook
6)stir the beans occasionly .. this is where the secret is .. stir them ANTI CLOCKWISE rather than clockwise .. this gives the beans a fully flavour .
7) place some margarine on the toast whilst it is still hot as to let the butter melt in
8) slice toast diagnaly
9) place a genourous serving of the special brew (beans) over the toast .. dont just pour them! .. swirl the pan gently as they come out .. this excites the beans an brings there full flavour
10) eat them delicatly ..
