Block someone from yahoo ? or hotmail?

on hotmail you just right click on the name you want to block and then it will bring up this box and go down to block

I think it is the same on yahoo. I would have to look but I am pretty sure you just highlight the name and then scroll to where it says block or delete. All I see on it is when you right click on a name to scroll down to the bottom to delete.
