I called my mom and asked her to pray for a dear friend and her lil boy....she said she would and from what i understand she has put in a prayer request with her church....all of our thoughts and prayers are with you Briar*hugs*

I really am at a loss for words here. Judy, I can't imagine going through what you've had to face. It breaks my heart seeing what you and Dustin are dealing with, you are both in my thoughts and prayers.

I have an update, my son is now on a conventional ventilator. His progress is slow. He remains in critical condition. His outcome is still unknown and may possibly be that way for a long time. As it stands, they say he has lung disease. The source is not known either. So many unanswered questions. All we can do is to love him, and encourage him with possitive thoughts and prayers. He is just 8 yrs old and has so much to live for. My memories are so clear and heart warming, they help me make it to another day.

I sat and read the lovely things you all posted, they brought tears to my eyes. I feel so much love from each and every one of you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have my lap top with me, when I can, I will sit down and post updates. Please keep him in your prayers.

I hardly ever read through all the topics on everyone's board, so I just now found this when it was highlighted on the side of the hostboard. I am so sorry to hear of Dustin's downfall. He's worked so hard to gain steps upwards, and has been such a positive cheery child regardless of what he's had to go through. You know, without a doubt you and he are in my prayers. I can't express how sad I am at this very moment... my heart aches for you both. Please know we all love you and Dustin and we are constantly praying for you both and will continue to do so. I check this thread....several times a day....for updates... as it is always in the back of my head.

Wanted to let you know we care in this very hard time for you and your family. Allnightlong and I just wanted to let You know we are thinking about you and Dustin. We know this is a very trying time for you Judy, but please take care of yourself and try to rest and eat when you can. Dustin doesn't need you run down right now either. There are many of you that I know from Partyhouse, some just casually enough to say hello to and others that I know intimately. However, it doesn't matter. I still know within my heart that all of us are bonded in a odd sort of way, that can't really be explained. What Chloe said touched me, and made me realize ( but not for the first time ) how grateful I am to have all of you for friends. I think all of you are just wonderful and I'd like to say thank you for showing that side of yourself to me. It means so much to come online and see someone with a smiling face, and a kind word. I don't even want to begin to list names because I'm a dork and I'd forget to put someone's name on the list. I'd never want to intentionally hurt anyone.
