Are You Superstitious??

do you avoid some places?
not travel on certain days?
throw salt over your shoulder?

i will share some of mine after i hear a few ya'll got.

I don't think I'm superstitious, I don't get freaked on Friday the 13th and black cats don't bother me.
The only thing I won't do is walk under a ladder.

guys- that's just plain a safety thang to me...

now me...well-

i won't take anything sharp from another person- they gotta lay it down and i will pick it up.(was told that if i take something sharp from someone it will end our relationship)

if i go outside someplace and forget something...and have to go back in...i will sit down before going back out. (grandma told me this one-bad luck to do otherwise)

i try not to go out one door and return thru another...(bad luck)


okay- some of my damn stupid pickadello's...

After reading this post I realize that my parents were a bit superstitious. I remember my Mom had to exit a room or house through the same door, and she always told me to get up out of bed on the same side that I laid down on.

My stepfather used to carry a pocket knife and I know if some one asked to use it, he would hand it to them folded, and would not accept it back unless it was folded closed.

Hmmmmm.
