not true farchick- the first time i came here there were hours of banter...miles of smiles...tons of fun.

i've overcome some very heavy obstacles since my last time here and have tried to monitor the goings on- made some amends- renewed some friendships.

i refuse to believe it was all for naught.

hi cg- thanks for posting. i hope things are mending on your side as much as possible- never give up hope.

to our friends in texas i want to say a special prayer...wild-evo-and others. my brother left his home in alvin to head to marshall texas 3 days ago and as of this morning ike is pounding the shit out of houston so i figure my brothers business is under water. i ducked 2 big storms on this coast this year...am grateful for that safety but now send out good thoughts to those in texas and all the gulf port states.

Lots of damage and lots of folks are still with out power... It's like Katrina here.. Galveston is badddd and Boliver )high island) is worse!! The eye of the storm came thru here 'round 4 sat mornin' and then hell broke thru again!

I gotta say the Red Cross has out-shined itself...
They'll get more of my donations from now on.
FEMA... Is still helpin' the wrong people.. The red tape!!!

I lost some trees and some damage to the inter-structure to my home.. I can't wait to go postal on my insurance person when they get here ---- if they EVER DO GET HERE!! lol J/KKKK
