1Reduce the amount of TEA you consume
2 Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS
3 Do not take Alcoholmore than one glass/cup/serving a day
4 Do not use headphones/earphone for LONGperiod of time Rest your ear awhile after 1 hour
5 Answer the phone by LEFTear. It'll spoil your brain if you use the right ear
