Hello everyone..hugs and smooches all around.

Things have been difficult and changing here this past year. My daughter was married in January to a englishman and her and my grandson moved there in June. I miss them more than I can say, no one ever said being a parent is easy. I raised her well and know she will be happy in her new life. She will always be my daughter, the hardest thing to do is letting go of a child but being there if they need you.

The picture is of my grandson at the Tampa airport before they left for England. Was one of the hardest things I have ever done. The tears fell all the way home.

So any way I will try to stay in touch more often. Thinking of you all.

i knew your heart would ache when it finally came time for them to actually go... [img]frown.gif[/img] it HAS to be hard... even knowing she is happy, and that they will be well taken care of... a new country is not exactly the same as a new state... it will get easier once she gets there and is all settled, and you keep on getting the reports about how happy they are, and all the good things that are going on in their lives....

Well here is the update........tick tick tick *L*

When I fell back in December at work its been a workers comp nightmare since. I am having euflexxa injections in my knee sort of a artificial cartilage for three weeks the next and last joint injection is this upcoming Thursday. *cringes* The orthopedic is hoping this will work there is a 50/50 chance it will so I will not need a total knee replacement. The bones in my knee are rubbing together and since my last mri the first was in April the last in July, the bone density and structure has diminished , from rubbing together with no to put it layman terms very little cartilage between the bones and more fluids building up. So with saying all that *L* I'm doing ok......still seeing the same guy I have been from partyhouse for now 4 years....who knows what the future holds........looks in a crystal ball.......dang thing never works so shakes it and then shakes it again *L*

My daughter and my grandson are doing well, she started teaching of all things English in England *L* monday. Her and her husband are talking about moving back to the states after her teaching contract is up in June 2008. Oh ya I am going to be a grandma again *huge smiles* my son and his wife are expecting a little girl to be named Taylor in December......can we say spoil time *L*
