We just had a gas panic a couple nights ago. the little town I live in only has two gas stations. A friend told me they were gonna raise the prices up from $3.57(US)per gallon. It was the day before payday so I borrowed $20 and went to get gas. it had raised 20c in 30 minutes to $3.77.
I went home & told my friend and he said the little station had already raised its price to $4.85 per gallon, I counted out my change and had another $23. so I raced down to the big station worried if I could get more before it went up.
As I pulled into the station, the lady was changing the sign to $3.99. after she did that she came around and gave me & the next guy in line a yellow card that let us have gas for $3.77.
I thought there was going to be a riot, they had to call in both policemen & a county sheriff to handle it.
Wow! How big is that bee/flower?
Mum that is incredible, I am so glad you found the macro setting on your camera. it opens up a whole new world of possibilities.
Keep it up and mucho gracias for sharing
I tried to edit the size down..and thought I hd..I don't quite get what photobucket is doing...after I resized the photo..it didn't stay that size..hmmmmm
Thought I might contribute somethign I snapped in macro mode the other day. I cropped the photo a little bit to remove lots of concrete:
hmmm cropping....maybe that would work for me
Here is my contribution to the macro theme. I found this chilly corn bee soaking up the
radiated heat, from the morning sun, shining on my car hood.
