but i'm going to have much better pictures hopefully, i'm wanting to get off work a little early, and take my camera out on the road and take pictures of all the cars that are turned over in the ditch, i passed 2 of them on then 3 mile drive back to work at lunch

I've come to realize that the snow is only REALLY cool when you're in school and want it to be cancelled the next day. Or, I guess if your work is going to close because of it. The bad part of this snow storm is that I already took the day off tomorrow for an extended holiday vacation, so everyone else gets a free day while I get penalized a vacation day.
Today, it took me 2 and a half hours to get from North Little Rock to West Little Rock (normally about a 15 minute drive).
And, there is a large hill going up to my house which, because of the ice and snow, I could not go up. So, I had to park down the hill and walk up it just to get home.
Now, I'm probably held up at home until the snow clears a little. And, I'm supposed to be leaving to go out of town on Friday.

i dunno how bad it got in NLR/LR... but i can
tell you after being out in it here in conway...
the wind SUUUUCKED ASSSSSSS.... so i can't
imagine what it would be like if i had to climb
a hill in the weather we had.
i just checked weather.com and i have the sneaking
suspicion that today (friday) its gonna melt
some then refreeze over night... making it
the traditional bad icy streets of winter.

i had no problems with it.....
in fact, i went back out last night and did some running around like to wal-mart and stuff....
if i didn't have to go pick up cristi today, i'd be more than happy to come around and pick people up and drive them around, I LIVE FOR THIS STUFF!!!!
i went out in it last night as well... it wasn't
too bad. but today everything was iced over
(as predicted) i'm still unsure how the roads
are now.

Yeah, it snowed all day at my house as well yesterday! I loved every minute of it! Being from Georgia, I hardly ever get to see snow. But being it snowed ALL day yesterday, I got so excited I took pictures of it with my digital camera! I went and got my camcorder and took videos of it! I set my camcorder up on a chair right infront of my bedroom window, then went outside and threw snowballs at the window! I watched the video later, it actually came out pretty cool!
It was so awesome! I wanted it to continue snowing, but like all good things, it came to an end. Alas, it all started melting this morning.
SO Gravy & Shatzy.......how long til our next snowfall? *L
