Need to get some headphones

I have a pair of headphones now, but they suck. does anyone have any suggestions about what i should get. i have seen a wide array of wireless headphones, but they will not work for what i need. i need a really good pair of headphones...the ones with real thick padding around the ear, but i don't want to spend like 100 dollars on a good pair....i'm open to suggestions

what was my original guess, i think i can handle 50 bucks for a good pair of headphones since i wear them all day while at work. and looking on ebay i found some sony headphones i thought looked pretty nice, but still not sure what i want yet
