this post is gross. it's like watching I want a famous face where I want to know the story and the outcome, but all the shit in between I have to close my eyes for.
i wouldn't consider it shaving my chest...i use a hair trimmer on my chest....yeah...it's gross, possibly considered feminine....but if i let it grow wild, i would wind up looking like Austin Powers in about 3 weeks.
and as of now, i didn't get any pictures last night of the two wounds, but it appears that i have torn open the stitches, because it actually looks worse now than in the first picture. also, the one on my upper arm has not gotten any worse, so if i were to take a picture of it now, it would look very similar to the last one, with a bit less redness.

If hte stiches are looking worse, you should definately grab a snap.

if it's worse, take a picture!
i'm an idiot....i can't believe i didn't get that...
the stitches are not worse, they are just a bit more red. I'll try to get some more pictures tonight.
as of my upper arm...i'm VERY disappointed. apparently, by popping it open the other day, the doctor is fixing it pretty good. however...what i'm upset about is what just happened about 2 minutes ago. it had scabbed over from what the doc had done, and i didn't realize it. so one of the ladies came in the office to look at it (she said she always wanted to be a nurse or doctor) and when i pulled up my sleeve, i noticed it looked like the scab needed to come off.
so without thinking, i reached over and just picked it off....as soon as i placed the slightest bit of pressure on the thing, it popped off and my arm exploded like a volcano. a lava flow of green, red and grey pus began oozing out of my arm. i so wish i had a video camera or even a still camera for that matter, but i did not, and i had to act quick, so i grabbed some kleenex and wiped it away. i'm hoping that it will scab over again and give me the opportunity to catch it on film this time.
that bad part is, that i'm afraid that it might not do that again. it's still pretty bad though, so i can hope.
OH man, I hope you can get it to do that again!!! That would be sweeeeeet.
i'm afraid we aren't going to get that lucky. this morning, after my shower, i was drying off and accidentally ripped off the newly formed scab. The good news is that I have a hole in my arm, and I'm hoping I will be able to get a good picture of it. I'm afraid with the low resolution of my camera it won't come in very good, but I'll try anyways.
I'll try to get that done today at lunch when I go home.
Here are the most current pictures of my arm.
As you can tell, my upper arm is doing quite well, and the lower arm doesn't really seem like it is changing much to me. These pictures were taken with a 6 megapixel camera, so they should be quite a bit clearer.
