Google Earth
Some of you might have already seen it, and shame on you for not sharing it if you did.
For help, or more information about it, go to Help-Info
It is mainly for the US, Canada and the UK, but it does have other information all over the world. I searched for Melbourne, and unfortunately, it splits the city in half with poor resolution, but still pretty cool. A search for Rowville returned nothing....but anyways, it's still pretty fun to mess around with.

I think some may already know of this but http://maps.google.com does cover Cockatoo. It doesn't zoom in quite as far but it's heaps better to use than City2See.
Also, I haven't d/l what DJ posted, because I am presuming it is similar to this, but not quite as up to date perhaps..?
Anyway:
Main street of Cockatoo, dead center.

that really is amazing....there is more to australia than just wallabes and kangaroos
but seriously...the thing i have posted, all the images are at least within the last 3 years. because it is a free program, some of the areas are not very high resolution, but the one thing that it does have is that many of the areas, especially in the US is 3d renderings of some of the cities, and some very cool transaction methods.
another thing, we were talking at work....just thinking about how far some of these methods have come in the last couple of years. pretty soon, you are going to be able to get live feeds of these locations, where i could literally type in Mr. B's license plate and watch him make all of his deliveries. Although, I think something like that would be really cool, it's also pretty scary to think of.
