Hehee, I don't have a Citibank account. My debit card is thru a different bank, and the return email addy was someone who TRIED to make it sound official, but doubt there are 178 other "official" online banking establishments who also call themselves "Citibank".

I've heard and actually experenced an email similar to that for ebay users. there are many other scams like that out there and it really is amazing how similar the pages can appear to the untrained eye.
