I went and laid in a tanning bed last night for the first time in my life. i always thought that guys that did it were gay and just down right stupid. i also saw it as cheating, i mean if you can't get out in the sun at all, you don't deserve to look dark.
then i started working in an office from 10 - 6 everyday. well, when i began blinding myself looking in the mirror, i decided that it wouldn't be too bad to try it.
well there ya go, i've turned into the type of person i didn't ever want to become and i have this upcoming wedding to blame, because cristi tans, and she is really dark, so i had to tan so that i wouldn't look like a ghost in my wedding pictures, and i didn't want to burn while laying on the white sands of jamaica's beaches on the honeymoon.

i didn't think being in a tanning bed offered
protection against damages of the sun.
now i'll admit that i don't know... because i
don't keep up with that kinda information...
i find that whole superficiality awfully dangerous
to play with.... it can really hurt you.

the tanning beds themselves won't actually protect me from the sun down there, but i am very less likely to burn if i were to go with a little bit of color in my skin

Are you sure you just didn't want to blend in with the white sands in Jamaica?
Your not a homo because of the tanning beds dj, you're a homo because you started talking to me.

no need to explain...I have several heterosexual, male friends that lay in tanning beds regularly...some during their work lunch breaks
