This morning, I woke up at 7:30, went to the gym, had my workout, came back home, took a shower, got dressed, fixed breakfast, ate breakfast, unloaded the dishwasher, watched some sportscenter, and still made it to work by 9:15

Now, what makes that so impressive is that on an average day, it is all I can do to crawl out of bed and get to work by 9:30....

i don't now how long this is going to last, and I'm curious as to how long it takes before I pass out here at work.

one week is a long time, but it is a challenge, and i dont' turn down many challenges.....

I, GravyTrain, will wake up every morning before work and do my workout on top of all of my regular morning "chores".

i woke up 15 minutes later than i needed to, and since i had a long workout planned this morning anyways, i knew i wouldn't get to work until around 10:00 or so if i went to the gym, BUT!!!!!!!!

since the softball game tonight is early, i will be done with it by no later than 8:00, i will have plenty of time to go after the ball game, so even though i didn't go this morning, i will be able to go this evening....
