I'm requesting from my regular posters (mainly, mrs. google herself) to help me find a place where these items can be sold for close to their market value. I've checked ebay, and they are selling for about half of what they are worth. I've found one other message board that seems to mention these houses, but it is just about dead.

For any new posters that might be reading this. Please let me know if you would be interested in purchasing part or all of this collection. Another thing I'm looking for is a price guide of what these are going for. I've found 2 resources, but neither is very reliable.

If they are selling for half of their value on ebay...then you think they are worth double...anybody that would be buying them would more than likely check ebay...and if there was a place that you could sell them like another web site...they would check ebay too...just my opinion though...too HTS...

    i agree....very hts items.

however, I came across a couple of websites that are selling what appear to be used items for at least double (sometimes more than double) the value on ebay. The thing about ebay is that not all the items are in as good of shape, and don't have the original packaging like the ones i'm trying to sell.

I'm looking to sell to a collector of these houses, as that's the only people who I feel would truly be able to appreciate them.

i DEFINITELY think the whole lot should be sold
together... or, at very least, bulk lots made
from the larger lot. naturally this is how anyone
would wanna do it... but i think searching for
the particular websites that specialize in these
    things would be best.

but then again, with the recent google spyders
on this site... it was prolly very wise to post
    it here as well.

depending on how fast she wants this set sold,
i'd seriously consider devoting one of your
site pages to the display and sale of those items.

    something like this: CLICK CLICK

to be quite honest, i think its a bad time of
year to try and sell those pieces. its not just
because the pieces are cleverly named 'north
pole'... but because i know that i collect
similar items and i don't really think about my
collection until xmas when i want to find a
    deal.

i also think that most of these (average) people
with these little collections don't really
keep them out all year, so naturally i suspect
many collectors have them packed away until next
season -- to which, again, memory of the
collection (and any missing/wanted pieces) go
    to the wayside.

regardless... here are some more links....
