Yeah, if you're looking for a simple game, avoid all the Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale games and go for something like Diablo. Not a lesser game per se, just a lot easier to get into and get started, especially if you have little or no experience with CRPG's.

I guess I should check out the Breath of fire series did 3 make to P.C. or am I out of date?

I would love final fantasy 7 on P.C. but it is that dated I doubt it would work being windows 95

See, stingger, you just need to get a Playstation2 and buy Final Fantasy 8-10.

I played Diablo on Playstation, FF7 on it too. Started FF8, never finished, and haven't seen FF9 or 10 (cause i don't have a PS2 either), but I imagine the graphics are nice.

I just don't know what PC games to recommend since I don't keep up with them that much.

I played Final Fantasy 8 .....but felt let down
with the card quest..when it turned out you could
win all the cards near the end..appart from that it was great. 9 crashed

I did read a review of an on-line one (obviously not for me but maybe on-line gamers?

Dark Ages of Camelot: Shrouded Isles
end of re-view states

"If you are a fan of MMORPGs (massively multiplayer online role playing games then you will definately enjoy immersing yourself in this mythical land. But if you are'nt prepared to put the hours in, then you might want to choose something a little more lighthearted."
