deed

That is the massive deed document for my house. After the signing over of the house in my name (cost of nearly ?300 )

I got deeds, all the paper work of everyone who's previously owned the house.

Some facts ... the house was bought for ?260
in 1901. And built by a Baron Harwood of Darwen.

One of the 1st people to own it was a yeast
importer.

Todays value for house ??? Well one across the road is up for sale at ?84,950.

Wow, that deed is cool looking. I don't think American ones look that neat. So, does this mean your family headaches are finally over?
