hmmm... the minority card is a good idea.

i'm going to agree with shatzy, i don't think you can sue...unless you play the race card....THAT'S IT!!!!1
sue the fire out of that place because you felt mistreated because you are a minority....it works everytime. how many other minorities work there? isn't there some law that says they have to have so many blacks, asians, koreans, canadians, or any other inferior race to continue staying a business?
Disclaimer-by no means does the post above intend to sound that i am a racist

I assumed they were kidding, asshole. And I was asking about possibly going up there to talk to a manager or something.did they not make it clear enough?...
Yes, there is a law like that DJ...however you have to have a certain number of employees.
I dont know for certain how many people the saucer has working there....but I doubt they have the magic number required (although it may be close).
heh heh...
quite frankly i woulda been up there yesterday especially if you really liked the job and it gave you the things you desired from a job
seeing as how you mentioned you spoke to the same manager i would assume there is more than one ... go to the highest ranking one explain everything clearly and calmly without getting worked up and see what you can achieve theres no harm in trying ... just dont let your pride get in the way
isn't the saucer a franchise?
i suppose you could get in touch with some corporate
mofos and handle it.
I was just reading all this..and I think Horse and Shatz had a really good idea..look for higher up..explain it to them..see what happens..i dont know if i'd want my job back tho after all that..unless the manager that fired you wasnt there..talk about uncomfortable..he would do all he could to make you feel that way..but possibly get your fired status changed..so it isnt a mark against you..as you did no wrong...
